Wise Services & Recycling is a family owned business located in Culpeper, Virginia. Wise
Services was opened in 1998 by Jesse and Janet Wise after they sold a highly successful
commercial roll-off and residential trash service. A continuing commitment to the
community and a dedication to environmental awareness was the catalyst for Jesse and Janet
to open a recycling facility. Wise Services currently pays cash for copper, aluminum,
brass, steel, vehicles and other recyclables. We also offer a community recycling center
where we accept newspaper and office paper, cardboard, plastic, and most currently, glass.
